有機外套氧化鋅避雷器是硅橡膠外套絕緣子和金屬氧化物避雷器技術發展的綜合科研成果。它具有體積小、重量輕、易于安裝、電氣絕緣性能好、介電強度高、密封性能好、抗電蝕、耐寒耐熱耐老化、防爆等特點。產品性能達到或超過IEC60099-4：2001《交流系統無間隙金屬氧化物避雷器》標準和JB/T8952《交流系統用復合外套無間隙金屬氧化物避雷器》標準要求，處于國內同類產品領先水平。產品主要用于35KV及以下電力系統中，保護變壓器、開關、電動機、并聯補償電容器等電氣設備免受大氣過電壓和操作過電壓的危害。
The ZnO lightening arrester with polymer housing is a scientific research value for insulator with silicon rubber housing technique and ZnO lightning arrester technique. This device has features such as small volume, light weight, easy to installation， anti- electric erode, cold and heat-resisting, aging-resisting, and explosion- proof. Technical properties of the product are line with IEC 60099-4: 2001 < metal oxide arrester without gap for AC system> standard and JB/T8952 standard. The product has reached the advanced level at home. It applies to protect the electrical equipment in 35KV or under 35KV AC power system against the damage resulted from atmosphere and operational over voltage.

適用于戶內戶外。 Suit for indoor or out door.
環境溫度：+40℃～-40℃。 Environment temperature: +40℃ -40℃.
海撥高度：不超過2500m。 Altitude: not more than 2500m.
電源頻率：不小于48Hz，不大于62Hz。 Power frequency: more than 48Hz，less th62Hz.
地震烈度：7級及以下地區 Earthquake intensity: 7 degree below.
最大風速：不超過35m/s。 Max wind speed: not more than 35m/s.
避雷器長期工作電壓：不超過持續運行電壓。 The operate voltage of long time for the arrester: not more than continuous operating voltage.
使用注意事項
避雷器在投入前和運行一年后，應按以下要求做檢測試驗：
1、避雷器直流參考電壓(V1mA)的測量
在避雷器的兩端施加直流電壓，待流過其電流穩定于1mA后，讀出電壓值并要求不低于其規定值為合格。并做記錄，超標更換。建議每年檢測一次。
2、避雷器漏電流測量
在避雷器兩端施加75%V1mA電壓待穩定后，讀出電流值應不大于50μA為合格。在投入運行前檢測，建議每年檢測一次。
3、避雷器所保護的電氣設備做耐壓試驗時，應將其退出。
The arrester should be tested before use and after operation each year.
1、 Test of DC U1mA voltage
DC voltage is applied to two terminals. After the current stabilized to 1mA，record the voltage value. If the voltage is large than specified value，the arrester is qualified. Recommend the test one time each year.
2、 DC leakage current
DC 75% U1mA voltage is applied to two terminals. After voltage stabilization，record the current value. If the current is not large than 50μA，the arrester is qualified. The test should be done before use. Recommend that test one time each year.
3、 When doing the voltage-withstand test，the electric equipment protected by the arrester should be disconnected.
